Good coffee, slower than expected shipping
I ordered the 100% Kona Peaberry Coffee, medium roast. The flavor was really good, very smooth and not bitter at all, which I appreciate. My main gripe was the shipping time; it took 7 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long even coming from Hawaii. I've had faster deliveries from other islands. The packaging was secure though, and the beans arrived fresh. I'd probably buy again for the quality, but I'll plan ahead next time.
Consistent quality, my go-to
I've been buying the Private Reserve Kona Coffee from Koa Coffee for a couple of years now. This last order was just as good as always. I usually get the whole beans and grind them myself; the aroma and flavor are consistently excellent. I tried another brand once, Greenwell Farms, but came right back to Koa. They're reliable, and I know what I'm getting. Delivery time sometimes varies a little, but it's never been an issue, usually arrives within a week. I just wish they had more options for smaller bag sizes in the Private Reserve.
